If you're reselling/gifting/trading to someone, please link them this TOS and or suggest they join the server for any future sales/trades from them.

I reserve all rights to use my own work as samples to promote myself on other websites / on my portfolio pages.

I will not change anything after the final is approved and given to you.

I have the right to decline an order.

If I am not paid or you have canceled at any point I will change it up a bit and resell as a premade/adoptable.

My art is not for commercial use. Personal use only. This also means you are NOT allowed to create prints or stickers or t shirts or use the art for promotional work; in other words you were not allowed to make a profit off of my work. If youd like a print/get something printed, let me know before hand and I can upload it to a site for you to purchase. If you're printing it out at a Costco to hang on your bedroom wall I'm fine with that.

I will only hold onto a slot for a max of 48 hours after I have contacted you about it, after that the slot will open up to someone else/be archived. You have 48 hours after claiming a slot to send me refs and information.

Paypal USD ONLY.

Once you confirm the sketch wip, payment is expected! I send invoices via Paypal.

For auctions with a payment plan, I require at least $20 down at the end of the auction date to get the plan started.

You are more than welcome to send full payment when accepted to get it out of the way, but that does not mean I will get to your order any faster; Unless of course it's a bribe slot. Paying me in advance does not mean your order is a bribe.

Close friends/trusted customers are allowed to set up private payment plans of their choosing.

No refunds, unless it is on my end because I cannot physically continue on with the order. I will then offer to keep the file to give the option to start that commission back up at a later date OR if the commission isn't just about complete (Comms that MUST be refunded will only be if at sketch or simple line art stages) I may refund.

You may request for cancellation of the commission if you have not sent the payment yet and if I have not started a sketch. Once the sketch starts there are no cancelations/refunds unless again something physically happens to myself or the file.

You may NOT keep the sketch/wip of a refunded/canceled piece. I would usually put a big "UNPAID/NOT PURCHASED" on the sketch wip, but in the case I did not and its found you kept/used it after a refund has been initiated, you will be blacklisted.

Do not try to sell my work as your own.

You MUST make the new owner aware of my TOS for when/if they resell/trade. Just link them this man.

I realize that reselling and trading of characters is rampant. I do not mind if you offer a sketch or a WIP of mine in an offer; But DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, offer someone else a sketch/WIP you have NOT paid for.

You may resell my work or a Character I've drawn for you for the price you paid or lower. If you ordered a commission for $45 you can resell it for $45 or lower, not like $56.

If my piece is included in a huge batch and you're selling the entire oc you can add the price of what you paid for it into the main asking price.

Im a hoarder so if you dont remember what you paid I can find that out for you. Please dont try it.

I will not change anything about the piece for your sale/trade/gift. What you have is what you're reselling/trading/gifting.

I do not do re-texts.
